THE ROLE

Due to the growth of major accounts and additional new business wins they are now looking to appoint a Project Executive to work across their broad portfolio of event and exhibition projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working across a range of events and exhibitions across the year

• Supporting with logistics including travel and accommodation

• Delegate registration

• Working closely with internal teams including creative and production

• Supporting with the interactive and digital aspects to be incorporated onto exhibition stands

• Supplier liaison and management

• Budget management and cost tracking

• Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience within an events setting, ideally with an agency and will have supported across a broad range of events. Experience of managing logistics including travel and accommodation and liaising with suppliers is essential. Any experience of working on bespoke exhibitions would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Graduates with a year's placement experience, who wish to step up into the role will also be considered.
