This is an opportunity to join an events agency who will provide a nourishing environment for you to flourish in your events career.

THE ROLE

With their recent win of a huge project, the team is expanding and they are looking for a Project Executive to join the growing company. With a range of duties and learning opportunities on offer this is an excellent chance to continue growing in an events agency.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the wider events team to deliver projects from conception to completion
Involvement in proposal writing and creative input
Liaising with clients regarding their requirements
Managing delegates both pre event and onsite
Sourcing and liaising with venues
Negotiating and liaising with suppliers
Assisting in budget management
Organising travel and accommodation for delegates and contractors
Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an events agency working on projects simultaneously and in a fast paced environment. You will also be an excellent communicator with a confident phone manner who understands the importance of customer service. Please note you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
