This global events agency is seeking a dedicated Project Executive to provide administrative support on a range of events as an extension of the clients team - this opportunity is one not to be missed!

THE COMPANY

With a pedigree in delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale, this is the agency to work for! Their client base is the who's who of healthcare clients and they touch all areas of the events spectrum from small meetings to ad boards to global congresses and everything in between. Due to some exciting and on-going growth they are now seeking to grow the team with a Project Executive to work on a specific client account.

THE ROLE

This busy role for a Project Executive will involve working alongside the client to provide project administration to a range of healthcare professionals within their event portfolio.

The range of duties will include:

• Being the main point of contact for the client
• Carrying out event administration duties
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Liaising with internal and external parties
• Gaining post event feedback
• Updating event budget and forecast sheets
• Occasional European travel

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Executive role we are looking for candidates who have a strong administration skills and the eagerness to build their career within an events agency. We will consider events graduates and/or candidates with a little experience working within the events industry.
