THE ROLE

The Project Executive will support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the delivery of a wide variety of events. Responsibilities will include:

*Processing event enquiries
*Developing relationships with key stakeholders
*Creating event proposals
*Sourcing venues and entertainment and researching flight options
*Working with external suppliers
*Inputting into event budgets
*Supporting the team with onsite delivery - UK and internationally
*Attending team meetings and industry events
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in developing a career within the events industry along with an events based degree (or equivalent qualification) and/or some experience working within the events industry. Strong administrative skills and a drive to learn are key requirements for this position.
