Clients range from hotels, drinks brands to corporate blue chips and more often than not their projects involve collaborations with other events and designers.

THE ROLE

As part of their ongoing growth plans, an exciting opportunity is available for a Project Executive to come on board and support the Project Managers.

The role of Project Executive will include:

*Supporting the Project Managers on events
*Assisting with the creative process
*Contribute to creative proposals and ideas
*Producing project timelines and forecasting costs
*Liaising with external suppliers to ensure that service levels are maintained
*Supporting on budgets and financial sheets
*On-site support for events and projects

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will hold at least 1-2 years experience from an experiential agency supporting on live events. You will be creative, with the ambition to join an up and coming agency and have a recent degree in either creative or marketing combined with at least 1-2 year's post university experience. A confident and excellent communicator, you will be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
