RMG14831 - We are looking for a Project Manager to join a leading technical production company based in South West London.

THE COMPANY

This well established production company offer a range of services including audio visual solutions and services, video production, AV Hire and set and staging for a wide range of blue chip clients, venues and agencies.

They work across a broad range of events from small to large scale as well as bespoke events including conferences, meetings, award ceremonies, production launches and road shows throughout the UK and Europe.

Working within their close-knit team you will work will account managers, technicians and logistic managers. They also have purpose built facilities including a warehouse and workshop - so they are a 'one-stop-shop' for all production needs!

This production company offer a great working environment, close-knit and social team as well as an opportunity to work across a range of events for a wide range of client - no two days will be the same!


THE ROLE

Due to continued success across the business they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager your role will work closely with the set and stage department within the business - running with your own projects from initial client briefing through to delivery.

*Taking briefs directly from clients to understand their needs
*Putting together quotations and costings
*Using AutoCAD to draw floor plans and renders (2D and 3D)
*Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers (for build)
*Managing and maintaining project timeframes and budgets
*Assessing best production / manufacturing techniques
*Overseeing build and installation
*Managing and delegating to freelance carpenters

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for Project Managers that have experience within set and staging, production agencies, design and build agencies, theatre design or prop manufacturing. It is important that you have the exposure to managing build projects from within the events industry - ideally having worked across corporate events such as conferences, road shows, product launches and award ceremonies.

We are looking for candidates who have used AutoCAD and have an understanding of construction methods.
