We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading employee engagement and internal communications agency based in SW London.

THE AGENCY

This is a well-established engagement agency that specialise in creating live experiences, employee engagement communication programmes, internal communications events and roadshows internationally. This agencies work with a broad spectrum of clients across the insurance, retail, FMCG, financial, telecoms and pharma industries.

Using involvement and engagement techniques, they deliver effective live experiences and employee communication programmes and events to help bring to life and create behavioural change in line with business strategy, culture and brand.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team delivering across their diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities include;

*Managing the day to day planning of projects from proposal to delivery
*Building client relationships and taking hold of client liaison throughout
*Implementing project schedules and timelines
*Sourcing venues and managing various supplier relationships
*Working closely with contractors and internal team members
*Briefing and managing AV suppliers
*Researching and organising collateral including print, props and equipment
*Managing the delivery of projects onsite including team management
*Preparing, tracking and reconciling project budgets

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Manager position you must have experience working in a similar role within an agency environment. Proven experience delivering employee engagement / internal communications projects is necessary in order to be considered as is the ability to deliver projects from brief through to delivery whilst managing internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
