An exciting opportunity to join a boutique event agency providing full event management, venue finding and delegate management services!

THE COMPANY

Offering a fresh and creative approach to the event management industry this well established agency aim to provide an expert service to each and every client they work with. Working across a wide variety of sectors including IT, technology, retail, banking and defence they deliver some truly large scale projects for up to 3,500 pax. Whether they are managing a venue search, delegate management service or the full project planning of a corporate conference, team building event, product launch or a training day their dedication and attention to detail makes their team stand out from the rest!

Offering a dynamic team environment, international travel opportunities and fantastic scope to be involved in an array of exciting projects they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE

Being the main point of contact for clients, the Project Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their events, including:

*Managing events from brief through to delivery
*Pitching and presenting to clients
*Taking a full brief and understanding the clients requirements
*Sourcing and contracting venues
*Liaising with external suppliers including DMCs
*Registering delegates on specialised software
*Organising delegate logistics including accommodation, travel and transfers
*Taking full responsibility for the budget
*Ensuring the smooth delivery of events onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have strong event logistics experience, managing the full end-to-end process. International delivery and event agency experience would be beneficial however candidates from other events backgrounds will be considered.
