RMG15608 - We are looking for a Project Manager to join an events and exhibition agency based in Essex where you will get the chance to work across exhibitions, pop-up events, retail events and experiential events.

THE AGENCY

Based from their offices in Essex, this boutique but well-established agency has built an outstanding reputation within the industry. They are responsible for the planning, build and delivery of a range of projects including exhibitions, retail events, experiential, pop up events and experiential projects for clients across the automotive, retail, FMCG, technology and healthcare sectors.

They are involved from initial planning through to on-site installation and delivery.

Working within their close-knit and dedicated team, you will work within a nice office environment and you will be rewarded for your hard work.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team where you will take full responsibility of your own projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery. This is a broad role where you will work across the design & build of exhibition stands, be-spoke & custom build projects, experiential and pop-up events.

As a Project Manager your key responsibilities will include;

• Working directly with clients and understanding their brief

• Building and developing strong client relationships

• Creating proposals and quotations

• Attending site visits

• Working with exhibition organisers and venues

• Ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date

• Managing and reporting on budgets

• Briefing and managing internal design and workshop teams

• Overseeing install and on-site management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Manager role, we are looking for candidates to come from an agency environment, or an exhibition organiser. You must have proven experience in managing your own projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery.
