THE ROLE
Due to their continued growth, they now have a need for a Registration Project Manager to join their team on one of their prestigious, dedicated accounts. This individual will be responsible for all elements of delegate management and will be the client's primary contact for all registration related issues. Responsibilities are broad and include:
Providing effective solutions for all aspects of registration from brief through to delivery
Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to and improved where necessary
Delegating and managing responsibilities within the team for projects
Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites
Working closely with third party suppliers across multiple locations and time frames
Using and updating CRM systems
Creating and updating registration websites
Managing and developing a team including training where required
Budget management
Onsite management and registration (including managing teams onsite)
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a solid background and proven experience in customer service and registration, ideally having used systems including etouches, Eventspro or Cvent). Candidates must have strong database skills and be used to dealing with large volumes of complex data, including producing reports.
Line management experience would be ideal but candidates will also be considered if they have had exposure to mentoring or developing junior members of staff. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with a high volume of projects is a must!
Candidates must be open to international travel as you will be required to go onsite to support at events!
