Recognised as one of the leading integrated marketing and live events agencies in the industry, this company have established a global client base across various industry sectors including IT, pharma and automotive.
Delivering multiple large scale events, these can range from product launches, huge congresses and conferences through to exhibitions for thousands of delegates based across the UK and overseas.
THE ROLE
Due to their continued growth, they now have a need for a Registration Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for all elements of delegate management and will be the client's primary contact for all registration related issues.
Responsibilities include:
Providing effective solutions for all aspects of registration
Proposal writing and pitching registration solutions when required
Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites
Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
Delegating and managing responsibilities within the team for projects
Budget management
Onsite management and registration
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal applicant must have a solid and proven background in registration services, having managed complex, large scale international events in excess of 3,000pax. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of registration systems and a broad level of technical skills. A proficiency in IT and strong database skills are essential for this role as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Management experience is beneficial and any language skills would be an added benefit.
