With a pedigree in delivering cutting edge large scale projects on a truly global scale, this is THE agency to work for and they now have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team and work predominantly on speaker management projects

This agency deliver both UK and overseas events including conferences, incentive travel, advisory boards, congresses, investigator meetings and product launches across some of their key accounts.

THE ROLE

As a Project Manager this role is specialised towards managing and sourcing speakers for a variety of pharmaceutical events.

The range of duties will include:

*Sourcing speakers
*Managing the speaker contracting process
*Arranging speaker travel and accommodation
*Advising and guiding clients in regards to speaker related queries
*Working closely with internal team members
*Liaising with external suppliers such as hotels, DMCs, etc.
*Adhering to healthcare compliance guidelines
*Predominantly an office based role

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing speakers for events and be familiar with healthcare compliance guidelines. This role would suite someone who is perhaps looking to move away from onsite event management.
