THE ROLE

Due to business success and growth of client accounts this agency are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for client servicing and managing a portfolio of your own client accounts as well and the ability to oversee communication strategy and execution.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager will include;

• Managing and develop client relationships at all levels
• Being an advisor to your clients and introducing new ideas
• Understanding a clients business, challenges, needs and wants
• Working with clients to develop strategy
• Overseeing projects from brief to execution
• Organically growing existing accounts and seeking new business opportunities
• Delegating resource to the team
• Briefing and managing external suppliers / partner agencies when required
• Conducting post-project reviews

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Senior Project Manager role, you will have proven client servicing experience within an agency environment - within an account management or project management capacity. We will consider candidates that have experience within a communications, internal communications, engagement or marketing agency background.

It is important that you have a passion for clients, have the ability to understand clients business as well as the ability to cross-sell services.
