This is a fantastic time for this company and they are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team and support their growth.

THE ROLE

You will essentialy be responsible for assisting the Sales Teams (Directors, Business Directors) with the development and production of proposals/presentations/tenders for both existing clients and prospective new business

Key responsibilities will include:

*Get involved in proposals, co-ordinating costings, inputting responses on e-procurement software, formatting documents, proof reading and liaising with key internal stakeholders, suppliers and occasionally clients
*Ensuring a consistently high standard of proposal is maintained throughout the business
*Attend supplier meetings, trade shows and internal training where relevant to ensure product knowledge is maintained
*Have good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Gold-Vision Database
*Hold and attend briefing meetings, where appropriate participate in creative meetings to brainstorm solutions and concepts

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position you will have experience in managing a range of large scale events on an international basis from brief/conception through to delivery. We are ideally looking for candidates with an agency background and experience in client management and production.
