This amazing new opportunity is for an established full service events agency based in their vibrant Buckinghamshire offices. With a high international presence, this agency continues to win new business and work with a variety of blue chip clients. Working across multiple sectors including automotive, financial services and telecommunications to name a few they deliver a broad range of events including incentives, press launches and conferences both across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Following an exciting new business win with a leading, global automotive brand, this agency is growing drastically.

Working within their Registrations team, this Registration Executive / Event Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptionally high levels of customer service to delegates. The role is broad and includes:

*Supporting across the department with all areas of registration
*Liaising with internal teams
*Delegate management including liaising with delegates and dealing with enquires
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers and delegates
*Using and updating CRM systems
*Creating and updating registration websites
*Onsite management including onsite registration
*Supporting and developing junior members of the team

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be considered for the Registration Executive role, you must be efficient in the use of CRM systems and ideally have experience liaising with and registering delegates. Most importantly you will have a passion for events and possess excellent communication and customer service skills, allowing you to confidently manage delegates and deal with queries. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with a high volume of projects is a must!

Candidates must be open to international travel as you will be required to go onsite to support at events!
