THE COMPANY

Established for 28 years this global brand are incredibly well-known and have built a reputation for delivering a quality and custom service to their diverse portfolio of agency, private and end clients. Operating across 2 dynamic venues with a myriad of event space they offer everything from office space, private boardrooms and meeting rooms to a private cinema, bar, sound studios and a 500 capacity raw event space. Across these stunning premises they deliver a varied portfolio including sit-down dinners, conferences and awards, film screenings, private events and brand launches.

Going through a period of exciting growth they are now looking to bring a Sales and Marketing Manager on board to join their fast paced sales team.

THE ROLE

As Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for proactively driving the sales function across both key venues.

This is a broad role that includes:

*Driving the sales revenue to achieve quarterly targets
*Identifying a strong pipeline of new business
*Proactively unearthing new business opportunities
*Developing client relationships and encouraging retention and repeat business
*Carrying out site visits and venue tours
*Preparing quotations and bespoke packages based on a client brief
*Manging the event diary across both venues
*Working closely with the in-house operations team to ensure efficient event delivery
*Carrying out competitor analysis to understand the wider market and opportunities
*Supporting with the marketing across the two venues

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience gained from working in a large scale, dynamic venue with expert London based venue knowledge. This role would be perfect for an existing Venue Sales Manager or Business Development Manager who has experience proactively seeking and converting new business and achieving large sales targets. They are looking for forward thinking candidates who are eager to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment.
