RMG13888 - We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join an event and production agency and head of up of the agencies largest accounts and work across a range of creative and big budget events!


This is an leading independently owned events and production agency based in the North Home Counties that offer a fully integrated service across events, production, logistics, content, digital and video. With snippets in the press, a host of award and a great reputation they are one of the best event agencies to work for outside of London!

This well-established events agency design, create and deliver a range of creative and big-budget events from conferences, launches, AGM's, internal communication, fashion shows and experiential projects across the UK and internationally. With a long-standing portfolio of clients and some recent client wins this agency work across the automotive, fashion, technology and financial sectors.

Working in their hub of activity you will be supported by a close-knit, friendly and sociable team. This agency offers a "family feel" environment where hard work is rewarded.


They are looking for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join their team - this is initially a maternity cover contract however there is a strong likelihood that this could become a permanent role.

You will take the lead on managing a key account within the agency - a well known brand where you are responsible for managing and fostering client and stakeholder relationships. You will be an extension to the clients business and really understand the business, its proposition and put together event strategy. This is a busy account where you will oversee the delivery of conferences, launches, internal communications and live experiences.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Account Manager role include;

*Managing, nurture and retain client relationships
*Work with client to outline event and communication strategy
*Taking briefs directly from clients and leading pitch teams
*Guiding the creative direction of theme, message and branding of each event
*Organically growing the account and cross selling and upselling agency services
*Seeking new opportunities and pitching for business
*Overseeing all events to ensure that they are delivery on time, within budget and to clients needs and expectation
*Coordinating and managing internal teams (production, logistics, digital, video)
*Managing full account commercials (budgeting, forecasting, planning etc.)


We are looking for true client services professionals who have proven experience in managing their own client / client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director working from within an event, production or communications agency.

It is important that you have strong client management skills, creative flair as will as the ability to grow existing business and seek new opportunities!
