THE COMPANY

With multiple offices in the UK, this creative production agency are going from strength to strength. Offering fully integrated services including event management, production, crative, styling and theming they have deliver a range of events including conferences, meetings, parties, press events, retail events, brand experience and festivals. Working with a broad range of interesting brand names across the FMCG, retail, fashion and banking sectors they have planning and delivered events throughout the UK and Europe.

This agency have a core focus on creative production, and connecting customers, teams and clients with brand through live and experiential events.

THE ROLE

As part of their expansion of their London office, they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager you will plan, manage, oversee and execute events for a wide selection of blue-chip clients. This is a dynamic and fast-paced agency where you will get the chance to work on projects including roadshows, parties, launches, internal communications and experiential events.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Building, developing and maintain client relationships
  • Organically growing existing client accounts
  • Working with clients to outline event and production strategy
  • Responding to client briefs
  • Putting together project proposals and pitch documents
  • Planning and managing events from brief through to delivery
  • Briefing and managing internal creative and production teams
  • Liaising with external suppliers and venues
  • Managing and reporting on budgets
  • Managing, mentoring and developing a small team
  • Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working in either an event, production or communications agency as an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. Your must have strong client-facing skills, and have proven experience in managing more than one client account. If you have an understanding of production, and have managed a team this is highly advantageous.
