THE ROLE
Now looking to expand their team, this agency is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to take the lead on two leading clients.
Working closely with the agency's creative powerhouse, this Account Director will be the driving force behind the in store marketing for a high street retailer as well as a leading pub chain.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Managing and inspiring a team
- Working with internal teams to offer strategic insight
- Delegating responsibilities and overseeing the delivery from brief to delivery
- Budget management and forecasting
- Identifying opportunities for growth with this retained client
THE IDEAL SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
As well as the ambition to drive this account forward, this candidate should also be a personable character that would fit in with the vibrant agency environment. Ideally, the candidate would possess the following:
- Experience delivering in store marketing or integrated campaigns for retail brands
- The ability to manage a team and delegate responsibility effectively
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects at ones
- Strong experience offering strategic insight would be a bonus
