RMG15473 - We are looking for a Senior AV Project Manager to join this leading creative technical production company where you will work across a range of exciting events!

THE COMPANY

This well-established AV company specialise in technical event production and AV hire for the live events industry. Working with end clients as well as events & production agencies they are responsible for the technical production for a range of events including conferences, meetings, roadshows, product launches, award ceremonies and exhibitions.

They work with clients across a range of industry sectors including technology, telecoms and financial sectors. With an inventory of high-end equipment including set, staging, audio, video, lighting and projects they can manage the full technical production of events from start to finish.

Working in their close-knit and friendly team, you will be rewarded for hard work and be given the chance to work across a broad spectrum of events.

THE ROLE

Now looking to expand their team, they are looking for a Senior AV Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior AV Project Manager you will play a lead role in managing client relationships as well as being hand son with the technical production of events.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Taking client briefs and understanding their requirements

• Building and developing client relationships

• Carrying out site visits / venue assessments

• Producing full technical specifications

• Outlining project timeframes and budgets

• Creating floor plans, CAD drawings and 3D visualisation

• Sourcing and managing suppliers

• Managing freelancers

• Overseeing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Senior AV Project Manager role you must have a strong technical production understanding, within the events industry. We are looking for candidates that come from a production company or an AV supplier.
