THE ROLE

The Senior Delegate Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a key complex Pan-European event project on time and on budget.

You will maintain effective day-to-day contact with clients and colleagues whilst communicating and managing team members to ensure effective working.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing effective solutions for all aspects of registration

Proposal writing and pitching registration solutions when required

Ensuring that project plans and time line process is adhered to

Ensuring communication documents are sent out in line with timeframes of the project

Working closely with third party suppliers

Budget management

Onsite management and reporting and registration

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have strong logistical end to end event management from an agency environment with a strong international knowledge
