This fun and creative event agency are now seeking an Senior Event Coordinator to join their team organising exciting, luxurious events! THE COMPANY

This specialist event agency and party planner are renowned for organising and delivering a range of luxurious private parties and high end corporate events across the UK. Working with high net-worth clients and global brands, they run a busy calendar of events across the year. With a really great ethos and a close knit feel to this agency, they offer a culture second to none.

THE ROLE

Within your role you will be working with a strong team and will be responsible for organising and delivering a range of different events simultaneously.

Key responsibilities will include:

Taking the brief from the client
Creating a proposal in line with the client's requirements
Constructing and managing a budget
Sourcing a suitable venue
Finding suitable external suppliers to deliver on food, drink, décor and entertainment
On-site delivery
General administration surrounding the event

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative events and desire to succeed with a fantastic agency. You will ideally be from an events agency or party planner with a background focussing on delivering luxurious events. Candidates from catering/ hospitality/décor suppliers that have a key focus on high end events will also be considered.
