THE ROLE

Within your role you will be working with a strong team and will be responsible for organising and delivering a range of different events simultaneously.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Taking the brief from the client
* Creating a proposal in line with the client's requirements
* Constructing and managing a budget
* Sourcing suitable venues
* Finding suitable external suppliers to deliver on food, drink, décor and entertainment
* On-site delivery
* General administration surrounding the event

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative events and desire to succeed with a fantastic agency. You will ideally be from an events agency or party planner with a background focussing on delivering luxurious events / private parties. Candidates from catering/ hospitality/décor suppliers that have a key focus on high end events will also be considered.
