With a fantastic client base they add a personal approach to the clients they work with and deliver memorable events both within the UK and internationally. Focusing mainly on the automotive sector they boast an impressive client list and pride themselves on their long standing relationships with their clients.
THE ROLE
Due to continued growth there is now an opportunity for a Senior Event Manager to join the team and deliver a range of events across the year working closely with one of the UK's leading automotive brands.
Responsibilities include:
*Initial brief taking
*Proposal creation and pitch
*Venue searching, including effective negotiation and contract details
*Supplier selection and management
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure project briefs are followed accurately
*Full event logistics including delegate registration
*Budget management and reconciliation
*On-site event management
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have agency experience and have a proven background of delivering both UK and international events from concept to completion, including full budget reconciliation. Exposure to a broad range of events including product launches, exhibitions, conferences and incentives is highly desirable. In addition any experience of working on automotive events such as ride and drive events would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.
