THE COMPANY

Currently based within an idyllic country setting, this agency work predominantly with clients based within the IT sector and will deliver a range of brilliant events including incentives, product launches and exhibitions through to conferences with breakout sessions and gala dinners. From Prague to Vegas, this busy and dynamic team will travel across the globe to deliver each project, ensuring each event is as flawless as the last.

They are now seeking a talented Senior Event Manager to join their close knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a committed and hard working team, who are dedicated in delivering quality events.

THE ROLE

Client facing, you will be responsible for delivering exciting yet complex events, taking ownership and managing the full logistics of each project.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Client liaison

• Venue sourcing and contract negotiation

• Delegate registration

• Supplier liaison

• Managing travel and accommodation logistics

• Speaker management

• Liaison with DMC's

• On-site management

• Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience of providing end-end management across a variation of events. Experience of delivering events overseas is highly desirable. Events will vary in complexity and so candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks at any one time, manage various stakeholders and utilise your time accordingly and efficiently.
