Healthcare is hugely important in their portfolio and they work with some of the top pharmaceutical companies, delivering projects such as product launches, congresses, publications, stand design, 3D interactive screens and models, app development and much more!

Due to an increase in business both from existing accounts and additional wins they are now looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their passionate team and work on the delivery of UK and international events for some of their high profile clients.

THE ROLE

As Senior Event Manager you will work closely with an established client and lead an events team in delivering a huge portfolio of events, predominantly in the healthcare sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client management

• Proposal creation and pitch

• Full logistics including delegate management and travel and accommodation booking

• Supplier liaison and negotiation

• Briefing and liaising with production and creative teams

• Budget management

• On-site management

• Post event reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role at an event agency or med coms company, with a good understanding of pharmaceutical event delivery. Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management and any exposure to international projects would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
