Our client is a bespoke agency who delivers the full event production including design, AV and lighting to audiences of all sizes, worldwide!

This agency is also partners with an award winning live events and brand experience agency and combined they come with over 30 years experience in the delivery timeless events.

From retailer launches and award ceremonies to bespoke hospitality and preview events they work with a well known luxury auto brand and deliver events that engage head and heart.

THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success and business growth they now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Event Manager to join their team and provide end to end management on a range of auto events.

A broad role, your responsibilities will include:

Creating, planning and delivering a range of events across the year

Client liaison

Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

Delegate management

Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers

Liaising with internal design, production and creative teams

Budget management and reconciliation

Onsite management

Team management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an agency background, having produced and deliver auto events internationally. Team management capabilities are also a must for this exciting opportunity!

As well as your experience we're looking for the right personality for the team, you will be proactive and enthusiastic about the work you produce, and committed to providing your clients with the highest level customer service.
