We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join a boutique agency who work on a wide variety of events on behalf of a strong portfolio of clients.

THE AGENCY

A small but dynamic event agency based in the beautiful city of Bath, this event specialist are well established in their field. They work with some fantastic clients across broad sectors including cosmetics and technology on a wide range on events such as conferences, incentive trips and gala dinners. This agency has international coverage and have successfully delivered events all over the world. Offering an incredibly supportive, social and friendly culture within their tight knit team, they even have an office dog!

Now looking for a Senior Event Manager to join their existing team, you will be taking the lead on large scale projects for up to 3,000 delegates.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Event Manager you will be managing an array of their events end to end whilst also managing and mentoring a small team.

Your key duties will also include;

*Taking the initial brief from clients, being their first and main point of contact
*Creating proposals
*Pitching business to potential new clients
*Managing delegate registrations and logistics
*Booking accommodation and travel
*Creating and managing rooming lists
*Liaising with external suppliers such as catering companies
*Being on site to continue management of the event
*Managing budgets (multi currencies)
*Overseeing and leading a small team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience of managing events end to end and must have exposure of working for an event agency. Any experience of managing/mentoring a small team would be very beneficial. This role would suit an Event Manager who is currently overseeing a junior member of their team and are looking for that next step in their career.
