THE ROLE

Due to exciting developments they are now recruiting a Senior Meeting and Events Planner to join a dedicated account team.

You will get the opportunity to both oversee the event pre-planning stages and manage your own projects from start to finish, whilst working alongside some incredibly experienced and dynamic people.

Responsibilities will include:

Client liaison

Preparing proposals

Supplier management

Management of travel and accommodation booking

Management of venue finding and liaison

Budget management

On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have strong logistical end to end event management from an agency environment with a strong international knowledge

If you are a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload then we need you!
