THE ROLE
Working alongside in-house teams, including Production and Creatives, the role is broad and covers every aspect from the moment the brief arrives through to watching it all come together on site.
Client facing in your approach, this role will be broad including;
Driving the overall agency response to new briefs
Leading the client pitch
Leading the internal design, creative and production teams
Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business
Speaker coaching and developing content
Team management
Budget management
On site management
THE CANDIDATE
Due to the seniority of this role, candidates must have experience as a Senior Producer within an agency environment. Candidates must be confident client facing and have proven background of leading agency responses on briefs and pitching. A key requirement is the ability to manage a team and oversee internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of the client's message.
