The Role
Working on one of their technology clients this role is the end to end project management of cutting edge (live and virtual) conferences, experiential events and product launches across the UK.

From brief to delivery you'll be working with their highly creative internal teams (think video, production, creative, design, logistics etc) to oversee and pull together every aspect of event delivery, including:

- Part of the proposal team - working on innovative solutions
- Researching venues
- Budget management
- Managing freelancers
- Client contact throughout the event
- Setting and managing timelines
- On site management

The Candidate
Candidates must have an agency background where they have delivered a wide range of live and virtual corporate events from brief to on site. This could be at PM, SPM or AM (with delivery) level.

The role is a maternity contract and can be based anywhere within the UK, although there will be occasional travel to their UK TV studios for one off virtual events.
