THE ROLE

Due to their on going success and the growth of accounts there is now an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their logistics team and take responsibility for a range of events across their varied client base.

A broad role responsibilities include:

*Management of events across a broad portfolio of clients and sectors
*Brief taking
*Preparing proposals and pitching for business
*Developing relationships with clients
*Working closely with and briefing internal teams
*Full logistics including venue sourcing, travel and accommodation booking
*Delegate management and registration
*Supplier and DMC liaison and management
*Onsite management including managing freelancers
*Budget management
*Managing and developing staff

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must currently be working within an events agency and have a solid and proven background in managing a broad range of events both in the UK and internationally. Ideally candidates should have an understanding of production and creative elements but more importantly is the ability to manage and lead on projects all the way through from initial brief through to delivery, including a strong knowledge of delegate registration and systems. Candidates must be commercially aware and have strong presentation skills. Any exposure to working with clients in the pharmaceutical or automotive sectors would be preferred but is not essential. Candidates should ideally have strong management and mentoring capabilities and any language skills would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
