Our client is a leading production agency who specialise in corporate events both UK and overseas. They develop the creative elements of a range of events - Working on a broad range of creative B2B and B2C projects including product and press launches, experiential activations, conferences, roadshows and exhibitions for well-known brands.

They work with a number of blue chip clients, especially in the technology, automotive and media sectors, and provide full delivery, design and production in house. Offering a tailored service to clients, this growing agency have an unrivalled client base and are responsible for creating, designing and bringing client's visions into reality through a full production service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a production manager to work with a talented team on hugely creative and innovative experiential projects!

THE ROLE

With business flourishing they are now looking for an experienced Event Producer to join their growing team and take the lead across a wide range of events.

Reporting into the Project Director you will deliver outstanding and commercially successful projects for their clients worldwide. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of your projects from initial brief to execution and on site. You will lead on client communication and maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships.

You will play a role in team leadership through the line management of one Project
Coordinator and support your wider team in the delivery of their projects

Responsibilities will include:

* Client liaison
* Taking and interrogating the creative brief
* Putting together inspiring and different proposals
* Leading projects from concept to completion
* Creating content and messaging for events
* Briefing in production and AV where required
* Working with external suppliers and venues
* Managing client relationships on a project basis
* Fully managing budgets through to reconciliation
* On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience as a client facing Event Project Manager within a creative production / events agency combined with excellent client facing skills. We are looking for candidates who have a creative flair, produced a broad spectrum of events.
