Working with some of the biggest brands, this agency will produce a portfolio of innovative events from quirky product launches through to high profile award shows!

They are a fun loving team that use their deep brand experience and highly regarded creative flair to over achieve in every sense, every time - which has led to a huge number of clients wanting to work with them, and created the opportunity for a Senior Production Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Production Manager you will become a key member of the event production team providing event production expertise and working closely with the in-house teams to produce exciting and innovative events.

Managing the full production process from pitch through to delivery including on-site installation mainly in the UK and Europe but also across the world, the role requires a proactive and creative approach to delivering production and technical solutions on site across all events

Key responsibilities include;

* Part of the initial creative proposal team
* Putting together creative and innovative ideas
* Advising on the production aspect of each event
* Researching the latest production techniques on the market to be incorporated into live projects
* Third party supplier sourcing, negating and managing
* Budget management
* Creating and updating CAD plans (Both VWX and DWG)
* Creating all pre-event production & H&S documentation
* Managing and mentoring the junior members of the team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience working at senior level either within a production agency or from a technical supply company, managing production projects from brief to on site. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and a creative thinker, who has the ability to multi task. This role requires a candidate with a very positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in cutting edge production.
