THE ROLE

With the rapid growth of their accounts and winning new business, a new opportunity has arisen within their offices in Berkshire for a new Senior Project Executive to come on board. Responsibilities are broad and will include:

*Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
*Delegate management
*Delegate registration (Using CRM systems)
*Research and source venues
*Producing client proposals
*Liaising with in house teams
*Maintain and develop supplier relationships
*Supporting on budget management
*Administration duties
*On site support

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have at least one years experience within an events agency; the ideal candidate will hold strong logistical management experience and with also hold knowledge of venue finding and have used a system such as Cvent or Starcite. An understanding of pharmaceutical events and the compliance will be an advantage but isn't a pre-requisite.

Most importantly we are looking for candidates with the ambition and drive to progress their career within events and have a can do attitude to join this well respected company.
