THE COMPANY
Established for over 20 years our client has been working with well known automotive brands across the globe, producing and delivering events to support their clients' needs and help improve performance.
This events business is going from strength to strength! With well established relationships this agency works across the board to produce and deliver a diverse range of dealer events.
THE ROLE
Our client is now looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join this close knit team. You will be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of all allocated client projects, working with budgets up to £1m.
As a Senior Project Manager you will take the lead on the larger scale projects, overseeing multiple projects at anyone time with support from the Events Executive and a wider Project Team.
The role is broad and will include:
* Managing client expectations from concept to completion
* End to end project management of events
* Overseeing financial budgets with management
* Assisting with client development & maximization
* Working independently with key stakeholders
* Assisting in new pitches and proposals
* Attending client meetings
* Supplier management
* On-site management of events
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must be working at a senior level from an agency background and have worked with automotive clients previously. If you have strong client facing skills and have managed your own accounts previously then we need you!
