THE ROLE

As Senior Event Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on the delivery of a range of events for some of their high profile clients. A broad role your responsibilities include:

* Client liaison and management

* End to end event management

* Pulling together proposals including destination recommendation

* Full logistics including delegate management and travel and accommodation booking

* Managing a team on a project by project basis

* Working closely with third party suppliers and DMC's across multiple locations and time frames

* Briefing and liaising with production and creative teams

* Budget management and reconciliation

* On-site event management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role within an event agency. Candidates must be confident client facing and have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management. Candidates must have had exposure to working on international incentives previously and any language skills would be an added benefit but are not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to both UK and international travel as you will be required to go onsite for the events.
