THE ROLE

There is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to join their close-knit and dedicated team and deliver events across their client base. A broad, and all encompassing role responsibilities will include:

  • Managing events from initial concept through to delivery

  • Maintaining and developing client relationships

  • Proposal writing and venue sourcing

  • Supporting in pitching for business

  • Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

  • Delegate registration and management

  • Supplier management and negotiation with AV suppliers, hotels and DMC's

  • Budget management including full financial reconciliation

  • Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background of running international events from initial brief through to financial reconciliation including full logistics, supplier management and onsite support. Candidates must have meticulous attention to detail as well as strong commercial and client facing skills. Any languages skill would be an added benefit as would experience within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector but neither is essential for the role. More importantly is the ability to work well under pressure, have meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a busy working environment. Please note candidates must be open to international travel as onsite management of the events will be required.
