THE ROLE
Due to business success and growth of client accounts this agency are now looking for a Senior Project / Account Manager to join their team. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for client servicing and managing a portfolio of your own client accounts as well and the ability to oversee communication strategy and execution.
Your key responsibilities will include;
*Managing and develop client relationships at all levels
*Being an advisor to your clients and introducing new ideas
*Understanding a clients business, challenges, needs and wants
*Working with clients to develop strategy
*Overseeing projects from brief to execution
*Organically growing existing accounts and seeking new business opportunities
*Delegating resource to the team
*Briefing and managing external suppliers / partner agencies when required
*Conducting post-project reviews
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidate that have proven client servicing experience within an agency environment - within an account management or project management capacity. We will consider candidates that have experience within a communications, internal communications or marketing agency background. It is important that you have a passion for clients, have the ability to understand clients business as well as the ability to cross-sell services.
