This is one of the most highly regarding production agencies that works across the event industry, throughout the UK and overseas. This creative agency offer services including full event logistics, production, content, video and creative for a truly global client base across automotive, FMCG, financial and technology sectors.
This agency have won a host of award and built an outstanding reputation for pushing creative and innovation into their live events (and production capabilities!). They produce and deliver conferences, award ceremonies, dealer events, outdoor events, live events and experiential roadshows, internationally.
THE ROLE
With continued success throughout the agency they are now looking to expand their production team, and are looking for a Senior Technician to join the business. As a Senior Technician you will work within their bespoke warehouse and production facilities and provide technical support to the Production Manager and in-house teams. This is an exciting and busy role where you will work with top of the range production equipment across lighting, sound, AV and rigging.
Key responsibilities within this role include;
*Supporting the production and warehouse teams
*Being involved in weekly production meetings
*Advising and technical equipment for each event
*Overseeing the technical equipment in the warehouse
*Preparing technical equipment and programming equipment to specification
*Using stock rental management system
*Loading and unloading vehicle's
*Inspecting and reporting on faulty equipment
*Supporting teams on-site at events, including rigging and de-rigging
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced technician or project manager who has a technical bias. It is important that you understand at least one of the disciplines (lighting, sound, AV) and we will consider candidates that come from a production/AV company or a venue.
It is important that you have an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine interest in working with cutting edge technology and technical production equipment. In return they offer excellent training and progression opportunities, the ability to be involved in a wide range of high profile events.
