THE ROLE

Due to exciting developments they are now recruiting a Senior Venue Finder to join a dedicated account team.

You will get the opportunity to oversee the event pre-planning stages, whilst working alongside some incredibly experienced and dynamic people.

Responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison
• Preparing proposals
• Supplier management
• Management of venue finding and liaison
• Management of travel and accommodation booking
• Budget management
• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have strong logistical end-to-end event management with a strong focus on venue finding. Ideally you will come from an agency environment with a strong international knowledge

If you are a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload then we need you!
