As a global events agency our client will manage large-scale meetings, conferences, product launches and incentive trips throughout the world!
They have a wide range of clients across various sectors, from auto to pharmaceutical and they create a customised approach that delivers excellent results

Due to exciting developments they are now recruiting a Senior Venue Finder to join a dedicated account team.
You will get the opportunity to oversee the event pre-planning stages, whilst working alongside some incredibly experienced and dynamic people.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking client enquiries and managing the process
Sourcing venues across the globe
Working with strict timelines and responding professionally
Putting together proposals that are within brief
Managing and liaising with suppliers
Contacting multiple venues to guarantee the best costs
Management of travel and accommodation booking
The ideal candidate will have strong logistical experience with a focus on venue finding. Ideally you will come from an agency environment with a strong international knowledge
