THE ROLE

With business flourishing they are now looking for a German speaking Speaker Liaison Coordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities will include:

• Being the main support contact between internal teams including marketing and operations

• Providing excellent customer service for speakers pre-show and on-site

• Liaising with speakers to go through requirements

• Dealing with any speaker arrangements

• Editing speaker pictures and biographies in line with marketing deadlines

• Ensuring speaker presentations are received and are to the correct AV specification

• Organising all logistical requirements (including travel and accommodation)

• Managing speaker fees and expenses

• Providing accurate briefs for all areas of the event

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be fluent in German, both verbal and written. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills whilst encompassing a positive and enthusiastic work ethic. With a fantastic eye for detail, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Ideally, you will have a background within exhibitions and a previous role within speaker liaison would be desirable but not essential. Strong customer service and administration skills are essential for the role!
