THE COMPANY
Our client has been established for over 60 years and are passionate about producing and delivering high quality events and entertainment for their clients!
THE ROLE
As part of the on going successes there is now an opportunity for a Technical Manager to come on board and act as main point of contact for all technical event aspects of production and venue infrastructure as well as head up the technical team.
As part of your role you will oversee all areas of the technical production and entertainment delivery. You will lead and motivate the technical support team across stage management, audio, video and lighting.
Duties will include;
To assist in the scheduling and logistics of multiple entertainment venues
To liaise with all parties involved with production and entertainment on a technical level.
Briefing technical suppliers in required sound, lighting, projection, staging etc.
Pre-production process and ensuring that everything is delivered to the clients
To ensure all technical specification documentation is kept up to date
To adhere to and implement Health and Safety procedures within the entertainment department.
Ensure all shows are consistently delivered to a high standard
On site assistance
The ideal candidate should have experience managing the technical production of large scales events and shows (in-door and out) combined with a very good technical understanding of all AV disciplines. We need enthusiastic and self motivated individuals who have a real passion to get involved and make things happen!
