This exciting new opportunity is for a leading global communications marketing firm based in the thriving and bustling city of London. THE ROLE

Now at an exciting point in their development and with a busy events calendar they are now looking for an experienced Technical Production Manager to come on board and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of their webinars, video conferences and virtual events.

A broad role responsibilities will include:

Technical management for events including webinars, video conferences, livestreams, and live/hybrid events
Assisting the Virtual Events and Webinar Manager with event preparation
Keeping up to date with technologies and advising on these and appropriate platforms
Setting up equipment for all events
Acting as a co-producer during live events
Supporting speakers, presenters, panelists with technical help and setup including specifying and sending out camera kits to remote presenters
Coaching presenters and advising them on how to use the equipment
Updating, creating and implementing graphics and animation for live events including editing content and collating presentation materials where necessary
Technical troubleshooting
Managing the events production studio and ensure equipment and technologies are up to date
Setting up, hosting, running Zoom meetings/webinars and MSFT Teams meetings/live events
Maintaining the equipment and technologies
Working closely with the events team, advising on technical requirements to move from virtual to hybrid events

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have experience managing the technical delivery of virtual events (including technical set up of lighting, audio and video) in addition to extensive knowledge of collaboration applications (MSFT Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). Candidates must also have working experience with video mixing and streaming applications (at least one of these: Telestream Wirecast, Vmix, OBS Studio, Vimeo's Livestream Studio), including applying graphics for live production. A good understanding of live streaming and broadcasting technologies such as NDI, RTMP, SRT, WebRTC is highly advantageous as is experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro. Experience of working across different time zones and an appreciation for the flexibility this requires would be an added benefit.
