THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading production and design company who specialise in corporate events both UK and overseas. Managing the production of a range of events across a number of prestigious and creative venues, they do lighting, AV, set and staging even flooring. Developing their premium client base they are ahead of the game using their knowledge and expertise to execute their events successfully!

THE ROLE

Due to their on going success, they are now looking for AV Project Manager to join their team and manage a number of events dealing with a range of high-profile clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Brief taking and client liaison

* Ongoing client contact and account management

* Technical audio visual support

* Quotations to the production teams

* Overseeing the delivery of events

* Managing 3rd party suppliers

* Overseeing production and creative elements of the events

* Budget management

* Post-event reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a candidate extensive experience in the AV installation sector and a broad knowledge of the latest AV solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive AV and video knowledge as both elements are essential for the role. We are looking for candidates who are competent in handling large budgets and liaising with high profile clients.
