Our client is a well - established event production agency based in the Midlands who pride themselves on service delivery.

With state of the art AV equipment they work across 100s of events per year - conferences, awards, private functions and music gigs internationally - no two days are ever the same!

THE ROLE

Currently going through an exciting period of growth our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Working with a highly skilled team you will event project manage with a focus on fabrication solutions for experiential events, exhibitions and creative installations.

A broad role your responsibilities will include:

* Project management including managing timelines and schedules

* Taking and interpreting briefs

* Producing proposals including providing full costings

* Producing technical construction drawings

* Assessing best manufacturing and production techniques

* Supplier liaison and management

* Working closely with the onsite warehouse and workshop

* Managing the physical build

* Budget management

* Onsite management including overseeing installations

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have proven capabilities in project management and a strong understanding of production and build.

Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds including production agencies, design and build agencies, theatre design or prop manufacturing as long as they have had exposure to managing build projects, be that for experiential events, venue based structures or shop fit outs.

We will consider Senior AV Technicians who want to take the step up into a project management role as it is important that you have a technical / AV knowledge and the ability to technical specify an event.

This is a busy and fast-paced environment so we are looking for candidates who are team players and can work under pressure.
