RMG16357 - We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has experience in lighting to join a leading technical production company for the live events industry.

Based in London, this creative production agency is specialists in the planning and delivery of a wide range of creative and innovative events and experiential projects. With an unrivalled portfolio of client across the automotive, fashion, retail, technology and telecoms industries they produce events including conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, incentive travel, award shows and media events across the UK and overseas.

Offering full event services they have large an in-house team of experts across strategy, events management, production and video - working on creative concepts and managing the full event lifecycle.

THE ROLE

Due to their on going success, they are now looking for AV Project Manager (with an understanding of lighting) to join their team and manage the full technical production for a wide number of events dealing with a range of high-profile clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside an Account Director and Event Producer
• Managing the full technical production of events from brief through to on-site delivery
• Liaising directly with clients
• Producing technical specifications
• Producing project quotations and timeframes
• Working with internal teams (including creative)
• Briefing and managing external suppliers including venues etc.
• Ensuring all H&S documentation is updated
• Managing budgets
• Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Technical Project Manager role we are looking for candidates that come from an AV supplier, technical production company or an agency environment. We will also consider candidates that have worked at large-scale, multi-purpose venues. It is important that you have a understanding of lighting - and you have produced technical specifications for events. Knowledge of AutoCAD or Wysiwyg is advantageous.
