THE ROLE

Working across traditional event technical such as lighting, sound and video as well as more specialist technology including networking systems, hardware/software integration, IT systems for events, virtual event production and AR/VR hardware - this role will involve full delivery from brief and specification through to onsite installation.

An overview of responsibilities:

-Providing input into the pitch process from a technical and technology perspective
-Working in a client facing capacity to take briefs and liaison on tech production elements
-Leading on decisions in relation to tech production solutions
-Managing projects through to delivery
-Preparing project timelines and schedules
-Overseeing creation and amendments on technical drawings
-Sourcing and managing suppliers and contractors
-Implementing health & safety standards across all projects
-Overseeing build / installation and delivery onsite
-Holding accountability for production budgets and costing process
-Sharing specialist knowledge on emerging technologies with the wider team

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have an agency background, ideally delivering corporate, exhibition or experiential projects. Experience of general event AV solutions as well as technology, IT and digital event production is essential. Working in a client facing capacity, holding financial accountability of projects and delivering production elements from brief through to onsite install are also key requirements for this role.
