This global events agency is seeking a Travel Executive to provide travel specific knowledge and professional advice - this opportunity is one not to be missed!

THE COMPANY

With an incredible reputation across the industry this agency offers an all-round event management service to some of the biggest healthcare brands in the world. With logistics and venue sourcing teams in house they deliver hundreds of events each year on a truly global scale reaching countries across Europe, America and even the Middle East!

Their diverse portfolio of projects encompassing internal events, training programmes, gala dinners, healthcare meetings and large scale congresses means that no two days are the same. Whether clients are looking to hold a small meeting for 20 or manage congress attendance for 1,500 delegates, the team can deliver!

Due to some significant growth and new business wins they are now looking to grow the team with a Travel Executive!

THE ROLE

This busy role for a Travel Executive will involve working alongside the Travel Manager and other Travel Executives to support on all the travel requirements for events.

The range of duties will include:

Researching travel options for clients
Propose and present travel requirements
Book travel and accommodation for clients & employees
Completing monthly travel reports
Manage and monitor budgets
Negotiating on group bookings
Supplier liaison and negotiation
Confirming bookings with relevant documentation
In depth knowledge of Galileo software

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Travel Executive role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events and travel industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events agency. You will have strong administrative skills and must be proficient with Galileo software.

Most importantly, it is crucial that you have the drive and motivation to work within a first class events agency who can give you the opportunity to grow and develop!
